FAQs

What size cot are your sheets designed to fit?

Our sheets are generously sized at 70cm x 132cm x 17cm. This size suits all standard cot mattresses in Australia (including Boori), NZ, USA, UAE and UK small cots.

What materials are used?

Our sheets are 100% cotton (300 thread count) and our minky comforter panels are 100% polyester.

What fabrics make up your comforter panels?

We use 5 different but luxurious minky fabrics in our comforters. We use a bumpy minky, a ribbed minky, a smooth minky, a swirly minky and a plush minky.

What age must my child be before I introduce your sheets?

Our sheets can be introduced to children aged 6 months and over. Separation anxiety usually begins to surface at around 7 months, so this is a good time to introduce children to our products. Before introducing our products, please ensure that your child has full head control, is able to roll in both directions, and has no serious medical conditions.

Can I leave your LOVEY On-The-Go Comforter in the cot?

No. We wholeheartedly believe that the SIDS Safe Sleep Guidelines (available in our blog) should be adhered to at all times.

What are the care instructions?

We recommend the following:

  • Wash separately before use
  • Cold gentle machine wash
  • Cold hand wash
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not use fabric softener
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not dry clean
  • Drip dry in shade
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Warm iron on cotton sheet only
  • Do not iron comforter panels

Can your products be machine washed in warm water?

While all products are machine washable, hot water is not recommended. For the comforter panels to maintain a beautiful and soft hand-feel, cold water is best.

How do I remove stains?

We recommend that stains be cleaned as quickly as possible. Try to gently soak, wash, or blot the stain away, repeating this process until you achieve optimal results. Try to not scrub the stain away. Please do not use bleach or peroxide on this product.

What is the longevity of your sheets?

By following our recommended care instructions, you will enjoy good longevity from our sheets. Please note that it is important to ensure stitching of comforter panels and trim is always in tact so that the product remains safe for young children.

What if your product doesn't work for my child?

We understand that all children are different, so we are happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price if our products don't work for your little one. Please not that the product must be returned in undamaged condition within two-weeks of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable, and associated return shipping is at your expense.

Are there any other colours available?

At the moment, we offer pink, yellow, blue, and monochrome only, but we are busily working with our manufacturer to bring four more stylish colour schemes to you (mint, grey, white, and floral). Watch this space!

Can I make colour requests/suggestions for a future range?

Please do! We would love to accommodate our customers by providing high-demand colour combinations

You mentioned that your sheets are patented, what does that mean?

We have an innovation patent, meaning that we own the rights to attach self-settling comforters to sheets (exciting for us!). Our patent was examined and approved in April 2018, so is now fully enforceable.

How can I leave feedback?

What is your response time?

We do our very best to respond to all queries within 24 hours, much sooner if possible.

Yes! We offer Afterpay so that you can enjoy your products immediately, and pay them off over time. Better still, you don't pay any interest on your purchase! If you don't have an account, apply today.
